BUYER — the person or entity whose account and billing information is submitted at checkout. Those details and the order date form part of this Agreement.

2) Subject

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in respect of the Buyer's purchase of a Jetscrape subscription through https://jetscrape.com.

The Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form before concluding this Agreement.

3) The service, its price and payment

3.1. The subject of the Agreement is a subscription to Jetscrape, a software service delivered over the internet. It comprises a monthly credit allowance and access to the API, dashboard and MCP server, subject to the concurrency limit, rate limit, seat count and result-retention window of the chosen plan. Nothing physical is sold or shipped.

3.2. Credits are consumed per request — 1 credit for a plain HTTP request, 2 for an HTML page via proxy, 8 for a browser-rendered page. Credits reset each period and do not roll over. Failed requests and cache hits are not charged.

3.3. The plan, its allowance and its limits, together with the total price including all taxes, are displayed on the checkout screen before the order is confirmed. No further cost is added.

3.4. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price until cancelled. Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are billed once for twelve months at the price of ten.

3.5. Overage is available on Starter and above at the plan's credit rate plus 30%, capped by default at a limit the Buyer sets.

3.6. Payment is made by credit or debit card through MPSS ödeme kuruluşu, a payment institution licensed in Türkiye, using 3-D Secure. Card details are entered within the payment institution's own flow; the Seller does not store, log or have access to them and receives only the transaction result and a masked card number.

4) Performance

4.1. The Service is performed immediately and in an electronic environment. The plan is activated on the Buyer's account as soon as payment is confirmed. There is no delivery period, carrier or delivery address.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, and to keep it available subject to maintenance, updates and events beyond its control.

5) Right of withdrawal

5.1. The Buyer is informed that the fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal available for distance contracts does not apply to this Agreement. The Distance Contracts Regulation excludes services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and the Service falls within that exception because performance begins upon confirmation of payment.

5.2. By approving the Preliminary Information Form and this Agreement, the Buyer expressly consents to performance beginning immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

5.3. Clauses 5.1 and 5.2 do not affect the Buyer's statutory rights where the Service is defective, not as described, or not provided.

6) Cancellation and refunds

6.1. The Buyer may cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing, without giving a reason and without contacting the Seller.

6.2. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not terminate the current period: the Buyer retains full access until the end of the period already paid for, after which the account reverts to the Free plan.

6.3. Amounts already paid are not refunded, including for unused credits and unused days, save where a refund is required by law.

6.4. If a renewal payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends and the account reverts to the Free plan. No penalty is applied.

7) Obligations of the Buyer

7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration and checkout, and for the security of the account credentials and API keys.

7.2. The Buyer shall use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law, and is responsible for the lawfulness of the sources targeted and for respecting the rights of third parties in the data collected.

7.3. Where the data the Buyer extracts contains personal data, the Buyer acts as data controller for that data and is responsible for having a lawful basis for processing it. The Privacy Policy explains the allocation of roles.

8) Suspension and termination

The Seller may suspend or terminate the account in the event of a material breach of the Terms of Service, in particular unlawful use or abuse of the infrastructure. Where termination is for cause, amounts already paid are not refunded. Where the Seller discontinues the Service, reasonable notice will be given.

9) Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and the Privacy Policy, which also serves as the clarification notice. Cookies are addressed in the Cookie Policy.

10) Force majeure

Neither Party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, general strike, failure of electronic communications infrastructure, or acts of public authority.

11) Complaints and competent bodies

The Buyer may submit complaints to help@jetscrape.com.

Where the Buyer is a consumer, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at the Buyer's place of residence or of the transaction, or to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi), according to the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

Where the Buyer is not a consumer, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya have jurisdiction.

12) Governing law

This Agreement is governed by Turkish law.

13) Entry into force

This Agreement consists of thirteen articles. It is concluded electronically and enters into force upon the Buyer's approval of it at checkout and confirmation of payment. The approved version is recorded and retained by the Seller and can be provided to the Buyer on request at privacy@jetscrape.com.
