This form is presented to you before payment. By continuing to checkout you confirm that you have read and understood it. It is provided together with the Distance Sales Agreement, which you approve separately.

2) Buyer
The person or entity whose account and billing details are entered at checkout. Those details, and the date of the order, form part of this form and of the Agreement.
3) What you are buying
Jetscrape is a subscription software service delivered over the internet. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
A subscription gives you, for one billing period:
- a monthly credit allowance,
- access to the API, the dashboard and the MCP server,
- a concurrency limit, a rate limit, a number of seats, and a result-retention window,
all of which depend on the plan you choose. Every feature is available on every plan; plans differ in volume and limits only.
Credits are consumed per request: 1 credit for a plain HTTP request, 2 for an HTML page fetched via proxy, 8 for a browser-rendered page. Credits reset at the start of each period and do not roll over. Failed requests and cache hits are not charged.
The plan you selected, its credit allowance and its limits are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm.
4) Price and payment
- The total price payable, including all taxes, is displayed on the checkout screen before you confirm the order. No other cost, commission or fee is added.
- Billing is recurring: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel.
- Monthly plans are billed once per month. Annual plans are billed once for twelve months, priced at ten months.
- Overage is available on Starter and above at the plan's credit rate plus 30%. It is capped by default and you set the cap.
- Payment is made by credit or debit card through MPSS ödeme kuruluşu, a licensed payment institution, using 3-D Secure. Card details are entered in the payment institution's own flow and are never stored by the Seller.
5) Performance
The Service is performed immediately and electronically. As soon as payment is confirmed, your plan's credits and access are activated on your account. There is no delivery period and no delivery address.
The subscription runs for the billing period you paid for and renews automatically unless cancelled.
6) Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts, consumers ordinarily have fourteen (14) days to withdraw without giving a reason.
That right does not apply to this purchase. The Distance Contracts Regulation excludes services that are performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Your plan is activated the moment payment is confirmed, which places this contract within that exception.
By approving this form and the Distance Sales Agreement, you accept that performance begins immediately and that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the Service is defective, not as described, or not provided.
7) Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the current period — you keep full access until the period you have paid for ends, after which the account reverts to the Free plan.
- Amounts already paid are not refunded, including unused credits and unused days.

8) Complaints and disputes
Write to help@jetscrape.com first — most issues are resolved there.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve it, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) in your place of residence or of the transaction, or to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi), according to the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
9) Record keeping
The version of this form you approved, together with your order, is recorded and retained by the Seller, and can be provided to you on request at privacy@jetscrape.com.
